I had the great pleasure of meeting with the CEO Club of Baltimore last week as 50 of the city’s business leaders gathered for a discussion of my new book, Trusting Technology.

While enjoying the hospitality of this accomplished group, I was interviewed by group chair Doug Strouse. We covered a lot of ground, and four key themes emerged from the Q&A:
